About the roles Our retail teams orchestrate the entire customer journey, guiding them seamlessly from design envisioning to installation, ensuring the realization of their dream kitchens.
This exciting opportunity is based at our cutting-edge NEW SHOWROOM in Union, NJ, set to open its doors in Spring 2024, with versatile training locations.
We are recruiting for Sales Representatives, Assistant General Managers, Measurement Techs and more! We offer fantastic base salaries with great uncapped commission plans! We prioritize your success, offering fully paid training to equip you for excellence in your new role.
About You:
While experience in customer service or retail sales is beneficial, it's not mandatory.
For management roles, managerial experience in a retail setting is preferred Ability to work a flexible 40-hour week, including weekends and evenings.
Customer-focused and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, ever-growing environment.
High proficiency in computers and technology.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Team player with the capacity to contribute to a large sales team and achieve key performance metrics.
Note:
Training for this role may take place in other NJ locations, primiarily East Hanover and Lawrenceville - dependant upon candidates availability to travel.
