We are seeking a dedicated Dental Office Manager to join our boutique dental practice in Union, NJ.
As the Dental Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental office, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and billing.
Manage patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with dental staff to optimize workflow and ensure a positive patient experience.
Verify and process insurance claims, with expertise in handling major PPO insurances.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements:
Proven experience in dental office management.
Familiarity with major PPO insurances and expertise in insurance billing.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in dental office software and Microsoft Office suite.
