We have an immediate opening for a Junior Recruiter in our HR Department. This junior level
position
requires 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment function in a staffing or corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruiting for positions at all levels of the organization including: Facilities, Sales, Supervisors, Customer Service, and Dispatchers.
Source candidates through a variety of resources including:
job
boards, job fairs, open houses, social networking, and other methods
Qualify candidates through face to face interviews, applicant testing and background checks
Cultivate a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing needs
Extend offers and facilitate new hire orientations
Group presentations/Individual Interviewing
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related area is a must
Minimum 1-2 years full-cycle recruiting/staffing experience
Previous experience in high volume staffing strongly preferred
Previous experience staffing for a call center a plus
Experience sourcing, screening and assessing candidate qualifications
Intermediate to advanced
computer
skills including MS Office suite, especially MS Outlook
Strong communication/presentation skills both verbal and written
Strong detail orientation, follow up and organizational skills
Professionalism in handling confidential information is a must
