A Union, NJ alarm company is looking for a Full-Time Alarm Dispatcher from 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday to schedule customer service calls for the Service Technicians, dispatch Technicians, organize service tickets, place accounts in test mode, and more. Must have excellent communication skills, experience on computers, experience working with customers over the phone, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in an alarm company or as a Dispatcher is REQUIRED. Excellent compensation and benefits offered.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
