We have openings for a licensed LPN Group Home Manager positions in the Northern New Jersey region where our programs are located in Union, Livingston, Jersey City, Garfield, Paterson, Nutley, Emerson, and Park Ridge. As a LPN manager you would be responsible for one of the Group Homes within this region.
Job Description:
A LPN Group Home Manager supervises a residential program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, complex medical and behavioral support needs. Managers empower the individuals we support to make connections in the community, learn new skills, exercise choices, and achieve their life goals. As part of a team of professionals, managers work to ensure quality programs designed to promote the independence of the men and women who reside in our programs. Previous work experience in the field required. Duties include program management, supervising and scheduling staff; ensuring quality services are provided, IHP planning and implementation and all required documentation. All manager positions involve hands-on work including assistance with personal hygiene, medication administration, daily household chores and support in the community. All employees receive paid training in Department of Developmental Disabilities certifications and agency specific training. Employees are required to complete training requirements within the specified time frames. You will receive your regular pay rate to participate in these training's. Training's are held at our main office in Somerset, NJ. Insurance benefits and paid time off are available for full-time staff. EOE/M/F/D/V
Position Requirements Experience in Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) licensed programs preferred Must have LPN License Preferred Management or assistant manager experience Must have valid driver's license & good driving record Must be comfortable with accessing electronic documentation Strong organizational & follow-up skills Strong interpersonal & professional communication skills Must be a team player A commitment to the ongoing relationship with the individuals you are serving Must be able to work a flexible full time schedule, including evenings and some weekends Must be able to be on call

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
