Production Operator I
Summary:
Follow documentation and supervisor's direction to efficiently build high-quality products. Specific job tasks may include operation of automatic equipment, sanitation of work area and completion of appropriate documentation
Principal
Responsibilities:
Assurance of adequate seals on overpouch product to eliminate vacuum loss rejects at time of packing
Follow good documentation practices to build high quality product per SOP's
Inspecting product for rejects including leakers, illegible label copy, missing components, etc per SOP's
Labeling and sampling of samples for Quality Assurance including product bioburden, chemistry, LAL/PM, etc
Loading of sterilizer carts per validated cycle configurations per SOP's
Meet production schedule daily
Operation of equipment such as Printing Machines, Filling Machines, Overpouch Machine and Pallet Jack.
Order material as required per the Manufacturing Work Order
Packing product and palletizing per appropriate SOP's
Perform line clearances between batches
Sanitization of work area as per SOP's
Set-up Filling Machines for appropriate weights per the Manufacturing Work Order
Set-up imprint dies in each Printing Machine
Trouble-shooting of each Printing Machine such as adjusting the dwell time, temperature and pressure to deliver a quality print of each solution bag every time
May perform material handling duties as required
